Phaseolus vulgaris
Variety of medium cycle and wide pod. Medium-sized plant with 45 and 55 cm. tall, rustic and vigorous. Yellow pods that, as they mature and form the grain, acquire a purple-hued veining. When they are cooked, they lose this purple hue, resulting in a very tender bean. Suitable for greening, canning or frozen. Pods of length between 15-14 cm., and 15-16 mm. wide, with 5-7 grains. Variety that stands out for its high production and culinary value.
