Stevia rebaudiana

Known as green sugar or Stevia is a small perennial plant that does not usually exceed 80 cm of height. The leaf of the Stevia is the sweetest part of the plant and where its properties live in. The plant requires a slightly acid ph (6-6.5) and is high water demanding during warm periods. Stevia seeds do not reach very high values of germination.
